  3. Erving System Artists representation of Erving & Erving-1, not to scale. The Erving system was named after the astronomer Aleck Erving who discovered its star. The star is a Class G star. The age of the star is approximately 4.1 billion years old, slightly younger than Sol. It’s major planetary bodies are Scarvis and its two moons; Trisk & Langt. Other Objects in the system are Erving-1, Erving-3 & Erving-4, as well as a dozen celestial objects in the forms of moons of various sizes around Erving-3 & 4. Scarvis A map of Scarvis, showing the multiple impacts in its life as a planet. The only place colonized or of any note in the Erving system. It specializes in the production of Food both Alien & Terran, with mining of Titanium for Spaceship production also another significant export. Tectonic-ally active. It is a fact which lets Volcanic materials such as basalt, Granite and such rise to the surface with relative ease. However, settlements around them is not a known thing, leaving that for the mining organizations on the colony. The planet's history has had significant meteoroid impacts which have left visible scars on the planet's surface, though a boon for getting easier access to minerals from deep in the crust. The colony has a bug presence in the large desert near the equator, centered around a significant impact site. The bugs are kept under check through are not fully wiped out, being used as a sort of training course for the Mobile Infantry and planetary defense forces to prepare for any real invasion force. History of Scarvis A ‘Gård’ on the planet's general appearance, built into the mountains to the North. Colonized around 2258 as a small scale mining outpost under Stål Heavy Industries to mine the titanium reserves in the planet. Other than the two major cities, the colony lives in small self-sufficient homesteads, called ‘Gårds’ of a few families clumped together. The colony is just over 53,000 people large as of the 23/09/2298 and is going through an economic surge with the aftermath of Operation Breadbasket. Supporter of Sky Marshall Cortez & the 6th Fleet during the Civil War, though the average Colonist from Scarvis is disconnected from the happenings of the Federation. This is a Dossier on Scarvis. A small and unimportant colony that most Infantry members will be accustomed to when it comes to Arachnid deployments. Signed; FFRL, Susanne ó Conchobhair.

    GMOD 2

It's ripped straight from GTA SA by the sandbox team. I'm not sure how they got it, but you'd have to ask them most likely

    GMOD 2

My apologies about reviving this old topic, but where can I find that map? I'm actually working on recreating a UV variant of the GTASA map like I did for GTA V, and would like that 3d map file to be able to get the contour and elevation data to remain true to form.

    Leading Logs.

Going forward, when an NCO leads a drop, they will log it here using the following format. Drop lead: Second in Command: Squad leaders: People who fail to do so, or are not seen being involved/leading drops will be at risk of losing their rank. Try to work together as a team to be sure every NCO gets a chance to lead at least one drop a week. If you've run three drops in the last week and see a Sergeant who hasn't run any drops, let them do it instead.

    MI Town Hall Topics

Recap of last week: Communication has been getting better, more talking between command and NCOs. Still in the process of looking for new guns and messing around with what we have to find new potential weapons No real issues with NCOs being cunts to Enlisted. Had one apparent report of it but the legitimacy of it is uncertain for now. No issues with people not accepting criticism, keep it up. More Passive Opportunities and things like the Kill House have been added, for example, Wells' Breaching training and competition. Marriages have been fully implemented, no issues so far. Topics covered this week: Player count is on the rise, new players coming in, new potential NCOs and Enlisted. Sergeant count has gone up, more people are being looked into, expect 2 more Sergeants in the next week. NCOs should be focusing on creating as much on ship activities as possible. For example, Mcrann and Pilotfish working on making a set routine for the MI, offering at least 3 passive events per day. Things raised: NCOs letting Infantry be snarky and shitty towards NCOs or Officers Example; Recruit calling Lt. Archer an Infidel, no NCOs stepped up to put them back in line, Archer had to sort it herself. Repercussions to people having ranks and not pulling their weight/leading drops or doing anything. People who are seen with higher ranks and doing nothing with them are going to start being punished. Demotions, black listing and the likes depending on severity. Refer new NCOs to the handbook. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7dUajPD2kt3LU1PXy1hRmdwMjg/view Have talks with people after you promote them to be sure they're ready for the rank; see if they have any questions regarding their rank or responsibilities. Have Sergeants help out Corporals more often and Corporals helping Lances and so on. Take the responsibility of helping those below you to become a better NCO. Having Faction leads control their subordinates more. If an Engineer does something stupid in relation to Engineering, leave Argon or other Engineering command to deal with it. In turn, if MI fuck up on Infantry things, Faction leaders are to report the incident to an NCO for them to deal with. No cross faction bullshit. Faction leads should only be disciplining people if it involves them directly or their faction. (I.E York can punch someone if they call him a cunt.) Inform Faction leads if the people in their faction are being stupid so they can deal with it. AKA, let Faction leads ( @Argon @HazyDay @hewhogrillsbears know if their people are fucking up IMMEDIATELY so they can deal with it ASAP) If you're a Sgt+ and not in the MI Command Steam group, request to be added, PM Optic on server or Steam.
