**Cpl. Lawrence 'Stud' Chandler would load two fourty-five plates on each side of the bar. He'd walk up to it, his shins touching them as he bent his knees, sinking his hips down as his back remained straight as an arrow. He'd grip the bar, favoring the alternative grip. He'd look straight forward as he began driving from the heels, using all leg as he got the bar up, eventually using his back to bring it up the rest of the way, slowly lowering it down after. He'd repeat this for about five more sets.

13:45:24 - **Cpl. Lawrence 'Stud' Chandler seated himself under the bar which would be held by two J-Cups, about three plates on each side, totalling to three-fifteen. He'd grip the bar tightly as he stood with it, walking back a little before he stopped, waited, then began the set. He bent at the knees, his butt and hips dropping as he back was kept straight, eventually reaching a ninty degree bend in his knees, then beginning to drive from the heels, moving the bar up with a small grunt. He'd repeat this for five more sets.

**Cpl. Lawrence 'Stud' Chandler would wiggle under the bar, gripping the grip that was on the bar. He'd plant his feet flat as he pushed upward, lifting the bar up off the bar. He'd then slowly lower it, taking in air as it slowly landed on his chest. He then began driving the bar up, blowing his air out as it slowly raised to the top, finishing the rep. He repeated this for about five more sets of ten.

**Cpl. Lawrence 'Stud' Chandler would then reset the bar, lowering it down to his hip as he loaded on a little more weight. He rolled his pant leg up to his knee to show that big chuck of calf that everyone likes. He then stepped forward, gripping the bar in a alternative fashion. He then leaned back, picking the bar off the crash bars as he stepped back, waiting for a moment before he began the set. He'd drive from the big toe, rising to his tippy toes, holding it up for a good five seconds before he slowly lowered, letting a grunt off. He'd repeat this for a good two sets of twelve.

I've talked to multiple admins and we've collectively agreed that posting two actions does not portray the necessary effort to warrant a roll bonus increase equivalent to the rank of a Private First Class (+10), especially considering this bonus would be ontop of your current rank.

I'd say the post was barely enough to maintain your current rollbonus of +5.
