 **Cpl. Lawrence 'Stud' Chandler would load two fourty-five plates on each side of the bar. He'd walk up to it, his shins touching them as he bent his knees, sinking his hips down as his back remained straight as an arrow. He'd grip the bar, favoring the alternative grip. He'd look straight forward as he began driving from the heels, using all leg as he got the bar up, eventually using his back to bring it up the rest of the way, slowly lowering it down after. He'd repeat this for about five more sets.

13:45:24 - **Cpl. Lawrence 'Stud' Chandler seated himself under the bar which would be held by two J-Cups, about three plates on each side, totalling to three-fifteen. He'd grip the bar tightly as he stood with it, walking back a little before he stopped, waited, then began the set. He bent at the knees, his butt and hips dropping as he back was kept straight, eventually reaching a ninty degree bend in his knees, then beginning to drive from the heels, moving the bar up with a small grunt. He'd repeat this for five more sets.

 

13:47:46 - **Cpl. Lawrence 'Stud' Chandler would drop about four plates on the vertical pole which was standing erect from the sled, totalling to about 200 if you counted the sled. He placed both hands on the sled as he began pushing forward, moving the sled at about walking pace across the
