Attention all, As most of you had heard the address given by the Vice Admiral, all enlistments will be terminated and you will be given the opportunity to re-enlist or become a civilian or citizen. The Admiral has recently issued the directives to all of the Flotillas military service ships for preparation and execution. What you all need to know is that starting January 8th, all of your enlistments will officially be terminated excluding senior officers and select security personnel who have already re-enlisted. You have till January 13th to re-enlist or you will automatically have your service extended two years, so make sure you inform your command staff your decision so that we may record your status. This process is given a good amount of time due to the heavy reflection you all should and need to take to make your decision after all we've been through and your futures. Citizens and civilians of the 6th Fleet, As of the past handful of hours the fate of the human race has been placed into one of the most dangerous situations it has ever faced. We have seen the destruction of our home world, the loss of our loved ones from family members to friends or perhaps cherished places. To top it off, we have seen the abolition of our democracy by a self-proclaimed tyrant who would rather murder her own in order to secure her claim to power. Although her claims of the Federal Council may seem reasonable and understandable, we must'nt allow the failures of the few to shut out the voices of the billions we protect. The billions that include the people you love or loved. We are one of the few splinter groups that still hold the same beliefs as us, but only a few that float amongst an ocean of people more powerful in manpower and resources. Although we are few, we need only hit and run tactics to eventually cripple the enemy in a final blow and to grow just as strong and resourceful as them. We must hold the same laws and values that the United Citizens Federation and our military branches held before this atrocity. However, as officially, our United Citizens Federation no longer exists in a capacity more than a rebel paramilitary group until we've established a civilian government and constitution, I will not serve or command with any man or woman who does not believe in our cause. As such, all enlistments, excluding the Captains of the Sixth Fleet who have all already agreed to extending their enlistments (figured you wouldn't mind @Rook) will be cancelled effective Saturday nine days from now. Upon this day, all members of the flotilla will either re-enlist or be able to live their lives freely amongst the galaxy. All Captains will prearrange this task with their Mobile Infantry leadership. I believe it only fair after all that we have been through these past weeks and all of you have earned your keep in my eyes. For those of you who stay with us in the Sixth Fleet, it will be a tough many months or perhaps many years. We will lose much, perhaps it all. But we must not bend our asses and allow a woman to screw us over without paying the bill first, we have to fight back and secure the undying right of having a say in who commands our fate. We will grow, we will establish another government to give us a purpose and reason. To protect and fight for the society we believe can give us the best chance of survival. We will expand and restore peace to the galaxy amongst men through hopefully, a means of peaceful resolution and if necessary, force. At the current moment we're rendezvousing with the sixteen other 6th Fleet vessels that have joined our cause. From the RV point we will slowly gain our footing and take in refugee ships to our flotilla, and we will build alliances to build up our ability to defeat Admiral O'Brien and her goons claim to power. That is the plan for now and we will ensure it works through our anger and will, lest we forget the great competence many of you posess. Unless things have changed, I do believe the trend was always those with things to say always stuck to saying instead of doing. So first of all, kudos to you for stepping up and making this post to engage the conversation of getting admins to train the admins who lack the ability to help themselves. Second, I do believe @Tonic made a sheet for admins to train other admins if I remember correctly from my youthful days as an XA. Third, hopefully your post actually and definitely gets the admin team in motion to fix themselves in terms of quality over quantity. A problem that has long existed.

FEDERAL CRACKDOWN ON CRIME IN NEW WELLINGTON Yesterday evening the New Wellington government launched a raid on a compound suspected to be a hub for criminal activity on the crime stricken colony. The raid, which resulted in 8 dead, 9 injured and 13 arrested, was part of a large scale effort to return the long embattled colony to a, "place where all citizens and civilians can live in peace for once" as stated by Governor Dylan Whitmore (N), who also panned it as a hugr success. Though two law enforcement officials were wounded in a gunfight that ensued, the goal of dismantling a criminal hub has heightened the spirits of all those on New Wellington. Colonel Robert Shaw, a top military adviser for Governor Whitmore has refused to put in his own comments, only stating, "At the moment I cannot disclose any future plans as to how we will be pushing forward from here." Although the military advisers are quiet on the situation, the New Wellington Commissioner of Law Enforcement Malik Jordan has expressed the need for more support, "Though we've scored a win today, we definitely will need more boots on the ground in the near future and I've, as well as the military advisers, have asked Governor Whitmore to call in a presentable military force." The raid, even with hightened local morale, was not enough to strike a noticeable blow on the gangs that continue to operate a profitable black market of food items and now even weaponry to the still developing gangs. Even with only one man making public note, is it not obvious the might of the Federal Armed Forces will be called in to take up arms against the criminal swell of New Wellington? Although the food crises has made no exception to New Wellington on the outer rim, most of the colonists support Governor Whitmores efforts to get their home back on track in near months. Many assume this is from his approach to directly control the situation rather than allow Federal control. One supporter at a rally had this to say, "The Federation is a much better place for us on New Wellington with Governor Whitmore in control!" WOULD YOU LIKE TO KNOW MORE? NEW WELLINGTON CRIME RATE SOARS! One of the top advisers, Robert Shaw, a Mobile Infantry colonel had this to say, "It is our goal to start real progress in New Wellington and we will definitely see progress made to make New Wellington safe and stable again.," Governor Dylan Whitmore (N) has spoken out in recent days making the following statement, "It's time we get our lives back on track, we have a long road but we're undoubtedly on the right one towards making New Wellington the place we all remember." Many of those who have returned to New Wellington support the Governors attempts to garner more financial support to rebuild the largely destroyed infrastructure of the colony and stretched thin security forces. Dimov: When I was assigned to A Co. it had no Master Sergeant. Dimov was in the position before so I offered it to him again. He's made me satisfied in my choice and I've reached a point where I can rely on him to get the job done. Proud to have him in my circle. D. Bailey: Lieutenant Bailey is the head of the Marauder detachment and seemingly a good one at that. In personal contact there's been little, but she's definitely not shy and I figure she'll be easy to work with. T. Young: The Tech Sergeant is definitely someone to count on, especially in the field. He was a regular NCO and a veteran engineer. It's good having the experienced in leadership positions and on a personal note he's very friendly. A. Thacker: I haven't had much interaction with Thacker, however they are heading the armory. There's a lot of things I've heard, but none of that matters until I see more of them in the field and in person. T. Winters: A Trooper with history in this unit. Reliable, dedicated and seemingly good-hearted. It's definitely nice to have fellow veterans in the upper rankings, more experienced NCOs is nice. K. Sentoniel: Sentoniel is a young one with definite potential. He's a product of to rapid promotion, my fault, and gained a few rough drops. Got injured and demoted, but there's no doubt in my mind he's going places. J. Price: An engineer, an NCO, and a good man. He's definitely always doing what he thinks is the best for everyone, a good quality in a human being. Hope to seeing him develop more in the company. F. Sorrentino: Former CO of the company, not sure why he opted for WO, but it was obvious he would be a good sergeant to have around. Glad he took the offer, he's definitely been a good choice so far. C. McKnight: A combat medic in the unit who I've had little personal comtact with. However, in the field it's obvious he's no stranger to fighting the good fight.

PTSD before enlistment would not allow you into the Federal military service. Depending upon your stability and upon being cleared by a medical officer, a Trooper could remain in the MI with PTSD.

Above is the link that allows us all to edit and create colonies. Now the Federal Council has 244 seats, however we don't need to create 244 colonies. We only need enough to supplement a basis and then if we start to run out, possibly making it a part of the application process to become a Councilmember? Nonetheless, the colonies in the RPG listing will be added. From there we'll use the colonies stored in the Intelligence Vault and then we'll just pull some out of our asses of our own creation. Feel free to add/edit whenever you wish. However, please be responsible with this as I'd like to get things running officially in the near months. Also roach's outlines in this thread, is what we're going off of
