  1. Spoiler

Some names I could think of.

Jennifer Ramsey: I think she runs the simulations for things, other than that I think she's from Zegama beach and she seems pretty nice.

Elaine Asper: She's a very good mentor and very nice, and patient too. I heard she thought I was pretty good from Miller. It took way too many tries though.

Naomi Hawthorne: I've only really spoken to her once or twice but she seems very understanding.

Lucius Kazuya: He's very active and energetic I think, probably about as new as I am at things.

Troy Hughes: He was a Recruit for some reason but I heard he was a Master Specialist in Engineering. I wonder what happened. He's very nice.

Charlotte Byrd: I was with her during a drop and she yelled at me because I was spacing out in the way of a flamer. No filter at all, but sounds very friendly.

Jacqueline Melodie: She's a marauder who is very proficient but I've never heard her speak. She seems quite smart.

Aaron Holtz: He likes to make use of me in the field which I am thankful for, and usually asks me stuff which makes me feel like I'm not too useless. Very friendly and upbeat all the time.

Joshua Edwards: He invited me to sit down with him on my first day, and the subsequent few days. Very friendly and a good Leader I think.

Benjamin Taylor: I've only heard him through the radio but he seems very respectable.

John Williams: I can't remember which one this is, I've got a very bad memory.

Thomas Davidson: I can't remember him either.

Lowell Hartwick: He's mad at me most of the time on drops because I make a lot of mistakes and do things wrong and I'm not good enough, but he's nice to me usually when on the Grant.

Jackie Knoxx: That's a cool last name because it's got two X's in a row. I don't know much about her but she seems facetious, but in a good way.

Shane Emmett: He seems a lot more brazen about being MIPOD than I am, and wears the purple beret and everything. He seems confident and proficient in the field. He's a lot better than I am but still very nice.

Katherine Anderson: She's in MIPOD too but I haven't seen her do anything, I'm sure she's very good.

Iris Blanka: A very proficient psychic who does things correctly on drops.

Sebastain Bently: He's a very good CO and everyone seems to respect him greatly. I am very glad to be under his command.

Cait Donovan: An excellent engineer who's very good at engineering things. I've never spoken to her but I wish to someday.

Bradley Tanner: He's a good NCO who has lead me before, and told me about things I did wrong, which was very good advice. I'm glad I know these things now.

Michael Benson: A new engineer who's very very kind. He keeps notes on things which I think is super cool. I wish I wasn't so lazy. He was thankful to me for telling him my cursory knowledge on skinnies.

Kristina Sigrun: She's another high NCO marauder who's very good at what she does, but also very professional I think. I think she has an axe, which is very cool.

Carlos Martinez: I really like his voice and his attitude. He seems to be doing a great job for the engineers and has a good sense of humor. He also let me participate in a game, which was very nice of him.

Jodie Cutter: She's a very good XO. I think she's the XO. I'm bad with all the MI vocabulary. Very professional and has a level head which is very good.

Travis Young: He is what people call "spooks". Or are they MIPOD. I don't really know, it's very confusing. He is very fit and seems like a very good person for jobs of a clandestine nature. I think that's what it is.

Katrina Geier: I think it's pronounced "gear". She's a very good medic and very motherly in nature which is good. Very kind. I haven't spoken with her yet.

Christopher Miller: I'm very stupid. I don't know why I thought he might have liked me.

    Steam Name: ♥ Fitz 女装大佬

    Steam I.D.: STEAM_0:0:61655859

Length of time on the Server: 1 year

Length of time RPing: 4 years

    Time-Zone: GMT -5

How active are you?: On mostly every day, certainly every other day. If TAC is available during an event though, I will prioritize my TAC character over my MIPOD character.

    -

What is your backstory that would make you believe that your character was a Psychic? OR Why would the Federation believe you were a Psychic as a child?: The Federation believed my character was a psychic as a child because they showed abilities at a young age during a screening.

Write out a situation in which you would have to use one of your abilities?: A situation in which my character would use her abilities would  be an NCO asking for the layout of a bughole we might be about to enter, as I'd like my character to be a senor. The RP would probably look something like this

NCO: Give me a reading of the layout of that bug hole.

    My Character: Alright.

/report I'm using detection, can I tell the layout of the tunnels within 100 meters?

    /roll

    *49*

Admin PM'ing me: Yes, it splits off and dead ends on the right, but goes down on the left. There are many bugs.

My Character: Uh yeah, it dead ends on the right and goes on the left, but a lot of bugs are down there too.

    People

    Spoiler

    Neal Stevenson

Apparently his brother got into a coma or something similar, so it is understandable he was brash when we first met. He's older than me, and knows a few things that I don't, so it will be nice to learn from him. I don't spend too much time with him.

    Jochi Khasar

I can't take anyone seriously who wears aviator sunglasses indoors. That's the thing that I think of first when I think of him, but I'm betting on him stopping after the flak I gave him over it. I should make that an edict. He seems enthusiastic and eager to learn which is good. High hopes, just hoping he makes it past his first year I suppose.

    Jackson Feixing

They're in my roster but I've never had a real conversation with them.

    Alice Vickers

Alice Vickers is pretty enthusiastic about helping me out so that's a real plus. Dislikes Bridge but seems amiable towards TAC. Very professional demeanor but I suspect that's just because I'm a Fleet officer, even if I am TAC.

    Sebastian Bently

This is the Battalion XO, and he's pretty much like a male version of Vickers, at least to me. Maybe a bit less formal and enthusiastic.

    Robert Shaw

Approved my edicts without a word. I know nothing at all about him.

    Jee-un Choi

She seems pretty busy. Had an initial formal meeting but other than that not much of anything.

    Tzipora Bronson

Chipper, but she can't fence by the rules it seems. Looks to be a good person.

    William Saint-Claire

Pretty nice to me, but we haven't talked in a while. Seems to be a bit of a flirt so I'll try to steer clear.

    Places

    Spoiler

    Arcadia

That's my home, haven't been there in years. Apparently there's some crisis but there will always be. I sometimes miss how chaotic it was, but I'm glad to have left.

    Terra

Flown many operations in the sky but I've never landed there. It seems more like they're fighting for the glory of it, but I don't see what's so special. I suppose it's not entirely a desert, which is nice.

    The Grant

It's quite an advanced ship, so I feel lucky to be aboard, but as far as the dynamics of everyone on it goes, they are mediocre at best. I wouldn't want to leave, but that's only because of the hassle of getting to know a new ship.

    Novoid

Once I went on holiday there, and it was amazing. All the animals are so cute. It's amazing that none of them try to kill you, and it's pretty temperate too. I don't know why people retire to Zegema, I would retire right there. I love Possuats. I want one.

    Things

    Spoiler

    The F-76

A really good ship. I've crashed so many though, I feel somewhat bad about it. It's not because I'm particularly bad, I just fly a lot. I haven't come into contact or even heard of a vessel so fine as the Thunderbolt.

    Music

    Spoiler

    Spoiler

I found this disc in a garbage bin, don't know who threw it away, don't know who it is. Music sort of went downhill after we started to focus on war all the time, or at least the good stuff isn't accessible. I've noticed this is true for most of the music I hear around, it's all very old. I used to want to be a musician, for all of two months. I might try some day, it was what my mom did.

It's just trying to fix what isn't broken. We don't need more ships, TAC was enough imo. Asking admins to do another thing to their work load during events is a stretch aswell.

We've never implied that we would force GM's to include us in events. Please refer to:

Yeah, that would be the chief concern. The server is already laggy as shit, something like this would probably make it shit itself.

Yeah that's the main concern with me too. If it lags then it's a no-go, but from what I can see it seems pretty simple so I have high hope. Again though, if it's super laggy it's not an option.

That'd be either Rook or Xal, whoever it was that had control of Fleet on the old forums into the new before the thread purge during the current rework of fleet.

They were deemed VTOL since the dropships are VTOL.

That doesn't make much sense. I do not know how this:

    latest?cb=20171210172525

could be VTOL, and even if it could be, why would it be?

The Warthog isn't VTOL, that's what it's based on.

I'm almost certain you're remembering this wrong, maybe if you could explain it further it might make some sense.

It's like saying the Osprey is VTOL, so the F-35 should be too.

We also might be thinking of different systems of VTOL, as in, the fighters can't hover in mid-air in combat like a helicopter, but the dropships can.

There's sort of a difference between a VTOL aircraft and an aircraft with VTOL, as confusing as that may sound.
