-----------------------> Argus Parrow was born to civilian parents, but expressed interest in Fleet Academy to his junior and senior high school counselors. Records indicate that Parrow "consider[ed] the idea of soaring through air and space to be fascinating." Post high school graduation, Argus Parrow enrolled himself in the Federation Armed Forces and was placed in Fleet Academy as per his aptitudes. Intake officers took particular notice of reflexes and situational awareness. After a quiet and studious enrollment, Argus graduated from Fleet Academy qualified to pilot an array of small craft. His aptitudes, however, did not lend themselves well to the helm a full-sized service vessel. Showing promise as a TAC pilot during course work and simulations, Argus was transferred to the BC 293 Ulysses S. Grant to learn at the feet of experienced combat pilots. Directly after his transfer, Parrow was called into action due to a shortage of available pilots brought about by recent losses. The Mobile Infantry 112th Morita Rifles mounted an offensive on an Arachnid-held planet to establish a mining outpost required to supply desperately needed resources. The lack of available TAC pilots forced leadership to make an executive decision to put Parrow in the cockpit to support the assault. Fortunately, Parrow lived up to his potential and maintained effective close air support for the duration of the Mobile Infantry assault.

--[Overview]: Argus Parrow values camaraderie and unity above all else, going so far as to make particular efforts in establishing rapport with both Fleet and Mobile Infantry personnel. He prides himself on being well-spoken and enjoys intellectually stimulating conversation wherever it can be found. Parrow presents himself with a polite confidence that does not mix well with more obtuse personalities. While not confrontational, he will disengage himself from those he finds particularly uncouth. Parrow's tolerance for discrimination of any kind is very low, and he is not afraid to speak his mind if the situation demands it. His bountiful patience make him an ideal tutor for any subject he feels strong proficiency in. A healthy interest in others and their well-being tends to express itself in a generous and genuine desire to connect with others. Well-developed situation awareness serves him well both in the cockpit and in social situations, allowing him a wide set of maneuver options. Some tend to view this is being flirtatious or flattering, though it is unclear whether or not this is the case.

However, repeated blows to this particular goal might have adverse effects on his overall morale--especially if the offending party's reasoning for being abrasive is unclear or does not make sense to Parrow. ----->Iris Blanka: Argus finds Iris to be very personable company. Despite what any onlooker might suspect, It was her ukrainian accent--not her attractiveness--that initally interested him; the familiar accent reminded him of his family and the five enjoyable years he spent in Kiev, Ukraine. He is not at all put off by her psychic capabilities, and in fact is only more interested in getting to know her. Parrow's step-father (the man his mother married after divorcing Argus's father) was a psychic, but never proved very forthcoming about his abilities. As one of his very first Mobile Infantry acquaintences, Iris's willingness to engage with a "fleetie" acted as a refreshing change of pace from the half-sneers and conversational sniping Argus otherwise endured. Blanka's demonstrated dedication to training is something Argus finds particularly respectable, as he can empathize with the every-present need to improve. While not yet entirely comfortable assuming their bond to be a "friendship", he feels that they are well on their way towards establishing aforementioned friendship.
