I did a bit of looking and found the orange texture for the vest which is what the MEC troopers *originally* had, I'm completely fine with changing it - but I think it meshes better than the bright yellow we normally use. For the sake of uniformity and whatnot, I am completely fine with swapping it back to the yellow. Also, removed the Camo from the jacket.

As a quick statement, I will say that I plan on adding the M55 later on top of the off duty, just ahead of time. I'll make the relevant update posts when those come along sometime this week.
