Grimm feels very strongly when people don't read a book and miss much better things like the Carcharodons and Black Templars. Ultramarines are great and all, but they're the equivalent of Japan sending in the regular Police to deal with a Terrorist threat. You could and eventually things would be sorted, or you send in a much better, smaller force trained for that situation such as S.A.T
