  1. Things being implemented in the next two week period: 1. Bi-Weekly award ceremonies. These will not be the spectacle of yesteryear, but instead a brief gathering with enough time for a pat on the back and a shiny medal. Should take no more than 20 minutes, at it's absolute longest. 2. IC Leaderboards. This will be by NCO recommendation and vote at the end of each two weeks. Troopers who maintain a Top Tier status will be compensated with luxury amenities such as a finer food and drink section, a special badge, and the ability to stay in their own quarters for the two week period. Not to mention bragging rights. All of this is being scheduled and formatted, and will be operational within the next two weeks. Your obedient Servant, Durango

  3. Where the fuck am I even tagged in this I read this whole thing to find it also; "waaahh make missions harder Q_Q" "WAHHH THEYRE TOO HARD NOW :(((("
  4. Fitz, as someone who's ran easy simple missions with not so scary enemies (see some of my target designation missions) as well as incredibly difficult missions against highly trained and heavily equipped bloodthirsty killer commandos (see ANY than sol mission) I can tell you that you're looking for something that just doesn't really exist. There are no perfect missions and you just simply can't please everyone. Im all for improvement where improvement need be, but this isn't something you can force. Even the most seasoned admins will shit out a fart every now and again. Lastly, you don't want an @Archer mission unless you want 6 hour missions on complete improv mode (not that improv is wrong, Russians just can't do improv, last time they tried they killed like a fourth of their population)
  5. To clarify on PDAs earlier, they'd run off a secure net restricted to inside the ship, and heavily monitored by Intel so if you're sending dick pics to and fro, then you now know why female Intel officers giggle when they see you.

Coordinated Tactical Battleplan for Operation Delta on the Progenitor Homeworld. July 2298 22:30, Voluntarily accepted de-comission and honourable discharge. July 2298, 22:45 Re-enlisted as a rifleman in the 112th Moritas, "Sorrentino's Spartans". Character Description: A slender man, recovering from withering away in a hospital bed, he has since returned some of his physique. His expression is mostly unreadable, preferring a slate faced approach to any situation or event. He stands at 6'2 with short brown curly hair, and a cleanly shaven face. His rugged Olive skin is pocked with body hair, and random gouges of battle, yet the man appears mostly unplagued by injury, even retaining a bit of youth and charm. He more often than not, is dressed as to enter a combat zone at any moment. His eyes keenly dart to exits and entries involuntarily any time he enters an area. His footsteps are quiet, but his gait is robotic and mechanical as well as his general movement. He carries a shining revolver, kept in pristine condition, with an inscribed letter "J" poking out of the holster. Personal Relationships Relations: Loved|Admired|Like Family, Brethren|Good friends|Friends|Aquaintance|Neutral|Mixed|Dislikes|Hates|Fears Captain Aramis Hux - Experienced. Decisive. Loyal believer in the Federation. Shares vow to unite the Federation. Irreplaceable. Sergeant Franco Sorrentino: Vast experience, wasted potential under Robert Shaw. Ex-Pathfinder due to desperation of Colonel Ramsey. Given a fresh start in this company he will be reborn hard. Ashley Rose: Promising or lucky. Either way, has maintained a sense of naivety even through ascension to her rank. Beginning to understand the meaning of Total War. Tom Solomons: My protege, a man forged through fire and failure. Broken, then remolded to fit my ideals. Part of me feels sick for doing the breaking. Part of me feels proud for the success that followed. All of me knows he will need every bit of what I have taught him to survive this war. The real war. Travis Young - Earned his pathfinder status through loyalty. Still a shame that he did not see fit to remain under my command. Excellent soldier, and loyalty is everything to me. Captain Daisy Bailey: Hot headed. Typical Marauder. She has however, come to heel as of late. I suspect the Sergeant Majors influence. I consider her a trusted ally. Vinera Rose: Troublesome, but not a complete loss. She, as well as many others, will be brought to heel and understand what it means to be a death maker. Aphelion Dominica: I will not tolerate an insubordinate in my company. I don't understand exactly why some of my men have divided loyalties when it comes to you, but my men must learn that their loyalty to me must be unquestioned. One life will not outweigh the life of our Glorious Federation. Allison Walcroft: Her competency surprised me. At first, she seemed nothing more than another pretty girl signed up to be a combat nurse. For once I will admit I was wrong. Just like all my Sergeants, her faith and trust in me in unquestioned. Hopefully this trend has stuck. William St. Claire: This man is troubled. He can not decide between maturing into being a Sergeant, or finding his place asa Corporal. This war has no time for indecision. Zealious Odin: Is that not the Trooper who was stripped naked on the field, yet continued to fight? Memo to recruitment staff; I need 100 more just like him. Ask to be added. Maybe I will maybe I fucking won't. Fuck you. Dick.
  7. ACCESSING FEDERAL DATABASE, PLEASE WAIT.... (this may take a few moments) <:// <:// <:: WELCOME <://AUTHENTICATE...Y/N? ************** ************** GREETINGS, CITIZEN <:: ACCESSING PLANETARY DOSSIER #21729 <:: NAME: FALKAN IV ; PLANET 21729 ; "THE HALFWAY HOUSE" <:: TERRAIN: 32% WOODLAND, 28% GRASSLAND, 26.8% MARSHLAND, OCEAN <:: NOTABLE FEATURES: Oxygen levels 25% more present in atmosphere than Terran standards. <:: RESOURCES: IRIDIUM (HIGH), STELLARIUM (LOW), FOSSIL FUELS (HIGH) <:: SOIL FERTILITY: VERY HIGH <:: CIVILIAN POPULATION: ROUGHLY 250, 000 <:: ESTIMATED PRIVATE CONTRACTORS PLANET-SIDE: 500,000+ <:: ARACHNID THREAT LEVEL: HIGH <:: SUMMARY:Falkan IV, since it's discovery, has been discovered as a planet of potential value for the Federation. Firstly, as a mining colony, now as an Agrarian asset during a food shortage. Arachnid activity has been lessened to less than 45% of the planet, but tenacious efforts from the Arachnid in recent events dictate the Hivemind recognizes the importance the planet could potentially hold. Suggested solution: Operation Paladin. OPERATION PALADIN <:: INFANTRY COMPANIES ASSIGNED: 44th Morita Company, 212th Mechanized Infantry, 65th Morita Company, 79th Morita Company, 112th Specialized Morita Company, 82nd Morita Company, 90th Mechanized Infantry <:: FLEET'S ASSIGNED: UCF-AFC 522 "John Mosby", the UCF-ACF 251 "Nathan Bedford Forrest", the UCF-ACF 525 'Ulysses S. Grant' <:: OBJECTIVE: To conduct a pre-emptive strike on Arachnids massing on Falkan IV's quarantine zone, and secure the planet's assets for the Federation in it's time of need for food. <:: Commencement of Operation: December 13, 2017 Phase 1 -- Dec 13, 2297 -- stalemate Infantry forces deployed around 0800 hours, Falkan IV Time. 112th, 212th, and the 44th were assigned as frontline units. With parts of the 112th leading the 44th, Bravo and Alpha companies were assigned with a special hammer and anvil strategy. Lieutenant Eleanor Tuuli led her platoon into a tunnel to flank the arachnid position, it was dug and overseen by the 212th, while Bravo Company was led in a full scale assault. Arachnid forces, specifically a brain bug, utilized seismic activity or lack thereof to lure UCF forces into an ambush. During the ambush, the Infantry discovered the arachnids to be strangely nesting above ground. Lieutenant Tuuli reported this in. After this ambush, all companies besides Alpha were routed by Arachnid forces and retreated to their original lines. Faced with the decision of retreating or continuing the assault alone, Lieutenant Tuuli chose to lead her men into the hive. There, after wading through a sea of bugs, and at the expense of several Troopers, the Infantry stumbled into a pipeline system. Noticing the amount of larvae coating the pipe, Alpha followed it. They found themselves in the chamber of the brain, crippled by a Psychic force unlike any they'd encountered. LCpl. Ozias Manderly, when selected by the brain bug for intelligence extraction, elected instead to detonate a frag grenade, critically injuring the brain as well as several fellow trooper including Lieutenant Tuuli. Through Psychic interrogations, the Arachnids were discovered to have not only known about the food shortage, but also had been plotting to destroy the planet rather than colonize it to deny humanity the resources. // This is an Arachnid questline beginning today, that will tie into the food shortages the Federation is experiencing, as well as an attempt to introduce new castes of Arachnid, and push Arachnid prevalence story-wise. This is SST after all. Hope you like it as much as my last Arachnid questline. Your Obedient Servant, Durango
