Secondly, there should be NO REASON your spar disables a trooper from performing their duties. What this means is NO HEAVY BLOWS, at any point. If both parties agree, lite grappling may occur. You're not drop kicking people with the heel of your boot, and you're not upper cutting their jaw as if your life depends on it. If you're still confused as to what a proper sparring match consists of, seek out an NCO and ask for further information. There is no shame in being unsure. All of you need to realise, you're practising with your battle brothers and sisters, not trying to break their limbs and crack their fucking teeth.
