3rd Spc. Haleem bint al-Attar:  I think it's safe to say we're friends by now. We hang out a lot at the med-bay lobby with the others. I met her recently, but we kind of skipped the awkward acquaintance phase and whatnot. She's pretty weird, if you ask me, but we've all got our own tang. She's also into some odd Muslim stuff, I think. Anyway, she seems like an amiable person. Very insightful and curious. I guess I'll be spending most of my medical training days alongside her. 

 

WO. Arryn Falco:  She's my boss. But she's also my friend. The first one I made here, in fact, and probably the one I most get along with, even if I might annoy her sometimes. I've learned a great deal about her these past few days, and my interest in her doesn't seem to be fading. It's weird. She seems like the kind of person who's tough as nails. Been through a lot. Doesn't take shit from anyone. But she seems so different around me. She opens up about stuff, and it really seems like she sometimes actually cares about me and how I'm doing. Is that why I'm so drawn to her? Because she's the only one who's showed genuine compassion for me? Who knows? Then again, maybe I'm just babbling. Maybe she's just like that because she wants me to be a better medic.
