I don't know if it is a known and accepted fact or what, but the old servers aren't working.

I recommend switching to using the IP address for connecting to the server.

 

If you're adament on using the URL, make sure you're using sstrp.net:PORT# rather than starshiptroopersrp.net:PORT#
