Silly goose
Quote From this point on please feel free to promote anyone to the rank below yours. You can demote anyone who is a rank or more below you. Don't promote or demote by more than one rank at a time, and explain to them the reason for promoting/demoting them, and you're set. The enlisted want to see some more consequences around the lance corporal area, and I agree with them on this one. Exercise some rank fluidity. -Vickers Link to comment
Silly goose
Quote Sleptz is janitor for a week. Don't just make him clean up - see the creative punishments list. Arrange little mini-NJPs throughout the week. Have him follow officers and fleeties with a bin, asking them if they have anything to throw away. Give him some red and green card to sort into 'recycling' and 'non-recycling' bins. Have him do a one man play for the troopers about hygiene. Make it interesting. Echo's his 'janitorial supervisor' for the week, so see him for details. -Vickers P.S. He's also been demoted from Lance Corporal. Link to comment
Silly goose
Quote Next person to see a marksman, talk to them about their positioning. They've been getting injured more because they're choosing isolated positions which expose them because those positions are good for their rifles. Against bugs, isolation is death. Against human targets, or progenitors, they might be able to make it work, but when it comes to positioning, they are advisors for their squad leads, not their own commanders. Please remind them, but don't be overbearing or dickish about it. Minutes for the meeting will also be up shortly. I expect everyone to read and act on them. -Vickers Link to comment
