OpTiCFaZeSoCkzZz
This is something I've been trying to come up with an answer to. Would people rather wait to be given medals in ceremonies where Medals are given out in large quantities, or would people prefer to be called to Bently's office, congratulated and given medals in smaller numbers/independently? TheLynch
I say host large ceremonies for Campaigns, and if no campaign then the more important and bigger deal medals for large ceremonies. Posthumously awarded chars can have that for a filler in the large ceremonies too as a funeral service. The rest should be privately given. Makes it faster imo and less tedious to wait for them all to build up. 1 Link to comment
Lilypad
I feel like a ceremony would be nicest, because more often than not, people sort of just forget about it and slip it into their pocket. Make it a memorable moment, make it so that it actually has an impact. 1 Link to comment
Silent
Respectfully, this NEVER works. People die before they can be awarded, people forget to do it, leadership in push it back. That or people just aren’t online, so it ends up being a personal thing anyway. Link to comment
