Archers - Effective immediately, Troopers are to begin using their Chain of Command to resolve any issues that may arise. This means that a Lance Corporal should be consulted with an issue first, then if they cannot resolve it that it will go to a Corporal, and so on up the chain. DO NOT bring your issues directly to me or skip any parts of the chain of command unless it is an emergency or there is a valid reason for not addressing the next level up. That is to say, your battle-buddy (or a peer of similar rank) should be consulted before any sort of leadership individual is involved. The use of common sense is also a necessity. If you question whether or not the issue or statement should be forwarded up the chain; utilize the aforementioned battle-buddy to determine its significance.
