I changed the ranks to the 'RES-FAC' shit some time back in order to try and bring the focus on research, more than rank gaining. And, I simply wanted to see how it would operate. I had listened to a few people, and I wanted to see how this would work. With this, I've seen what I've wanted to see, and I've changed my mind in regards to how the ranking will work. It will be reverted back to the 'normal' one, starting at Petty Officer, as it once did. Any questions and concerns can be brought to me. ALSO This is a little ploy to see who here is ACTUALLY going to make progress with their projects, or just sit with FFRL characters, and the special little badge that comes with being in the forum group.
