The user, Greene, was once a member of the SST community; however, they had stopped playing a few months ago and have not come back to Garry's Mod since.

 

Just this morning, they provided me a link to a Twitch-esque website in an attempt for them to trick me with a "Your Adobe Reader is Out Of Date, download here" scam.

 

The Steam account has many friends listed from SST on the account's friendslist.

 

Go ahead and block/remove them from your list as well as report them for phishing attempts/scams, as the original player is either not in control of the account or the player has become volatile to the rest of the community as a whole.

Also, it's usually not hard to retrieve a hacked account via e-mail/mobile verification. He'll most likely be back in a few days.
