Explanation of any IC events leading up to this application (if necessary): Two separate PACs on the same thread (per-character thread after all). Headphones and glasses are bodygrouped to be removable, the former of which will be most of the time. Entity size is set to 0.95 (we'll see if it works on server).

 

Additional comments: Even after compressing the Sci-fi citizen textures for the On-Duty uniform to half size they're still big, but it's within current limits! | On-Duty size may drop significantly if/when we get updated Sci-fi Citizens textures on server, which are currently WIP.

On-Duty PAC has been reduced in size to 11.5mb in line with new Fleet models being perma-mounted so I don't need to include the textures for them anymore
