Explanation of any IC events leading up to this application (if necessary): The helmet decal is part utility, part personalization, as they've got only six months left in their two-year term. ICly, this character hasn't shown up yet and likely won't until we get closer to Planet P.

 

Additional comments: Ideally would like to keep the camouflage on both top and bottom, though I'm willing to cut one or both of them if PACWATCH deems it so. The helmet insignia is something I really want to keep and I'm able to make radical shifts in color or size if that'd make it passable.
