"As requested by Lieutenant Richardson, I have been tasked with "Unfucking the Unit" (to quote him near verbatim) which includes, but is not limited to;

Clamping down on insubordination, poor behaviour and unfitting behaviour of an adult mobile infantry trooper within the Federation's employ.

Ensuring that no aspect of the Unit is being undermined nor prohibited by actions conducted by individuals that do not have just cause for doing so.

Ensuring that actions that negatively impact, compromise or otherwise adversely affect the unit are met with a suitable response be the intention behind the action malicious or not.

Reducing, and if possible removing, the issues regarding relationships performed between members of the Unit and attached detachments which include, but are not limited to; Favouritism, Hedonism, Collaboration in insubordination, inefficiency or neglect in performing your duties, unprofessional conduct and social manipulation or interactions that disrupt or damage the coherency of the unit.

 

Examples of the above include, but are not limited to;

 

Hostile, unprofessional and / or uncooperative behaviour towards or in the presence of a Corporal or higher such as telling such an individual to "Fuck off", Ignoring the individual because you do not like them, plotting with others to undermine or harm the individual because of a prior disagreement.

 

Actions and Behaviour that inhibits an Engineering or Medically trained Trooper from performing their duties, such as deliberately wasting their time with inane requests and nonsense, distracting or otherwise pestering the individuals when they are attempting to work, becoming a liability such to the extent that their attention MUST be diverted to deal with the problems you create (You become heavily intoxicated which requires Medical attention).

 

Actions and Behaviour that may compromise, inhibit or otherwise render negative consequences to the Unit whilst Deployed, Stationed on a Vessel or Satellite, Stationed Planetside or otherwise in active duty to some capacity OR during shore leave, rest and relaxation or a period of time designated for relaxation and recuperation in any capacity, such as harassment of the civilian populace, deliberate sabotage of potential mission-critical equipment without orders to do so, execution of entities such as High Value Targets, Chariots, Criminals with a Standing Arrest Order and any others specified by the Mission Drop Leader or a Master Sergeant ranked individual or higher, damaging of property during a non-combat deployment.

 

Due to concerns held by multiple individuals, the following actions will be taken on the stated incidents unless overridden by a higher ranked (Staff Sergeant or Above) individual;

 

Judicial Charges, Summary Court Martial or a Non-Judicial Punishment levied against Insubordinate Infantry, Individuals that willingly cause incidents within the Unit, Individuals who "Act as Children", Verbatim from numerous Military Intelligence Lieutenants, Senior Non-Commissioned Officers and above.

 

Judicial Charges, Summary Court Martial or a Non-Judicial Punishment levied against Infantry that knowingly or unknowingly threaten the existence of the Unit and all members within.

 

Judicial Charges, Summary Court Martial or a Non-Judicial Punishment levied against any Individual found to have directly been responsible for the death of a Trooper.

 

Judicial Charges, Summary Court Martial or a Non-Judicial Punishment levied against any individual found to have utilised any form of relationship in an unprofessional manner such as the aforementioned examples of; Favouritism, Hedonism, Collaboration in insubordination, inefficiency or neglect in performing your duties, unprofessional conduct and social manipulation or interactions that disrupt or damage the coherency of the unit.
